Are you looking for a rewarding harvest season in the UK? P.S. Matthews is a professional agricultural operation seeking motivated and skilled operators for the upcoming harvest season (June – October).

We pride ourselves on running a modern fleet of John Deere machinery and maintaining high standards across all our operations. Whether you are a local operator or looking to travel from New Zealand or Australia for the Northern Hemisphere season, we offer a range of roles to suit varying experience levels.

What We Offer

• Top-Tier Equipment: Operate well-maintained, late-model John Deere tractors and machinery.

• Experience-Based Roles: We match your responsibilities to your skill level, with opportunities to progress.

• International Friendly: We welcome "Harvest Heroes" from abroad. We understand the logistics of seasonal travel and offer a supportive environment for those coming from the NZ/AU farming communities.

• Long term employment: While the core season runs June to October, we often have further work available for candidates who prove to be a great fit for the team

What We Look For

• A positive, "can-do" attitude and a high level of reliability.

• Respect for machinery and a commitment to maintenance and cleanliness.

• The ability to work long hours during the peak harvest window.

• Previous experience with John Deere systems GreenStar is an advantage but not always essential.

• A full driving Licence
